Some updates (Specific to RGBC):
1. Dashboard without extra details now flies.
2. Opening Events and Outlets also updated to open faster.
3. Print Collection Sheet and Set Up Sheet also faster
4. Added the ability to update a JR Portal Outlet Address on TIA
The Updated Google Address component works much better, also allows for searching outlet names, which should help. It also pulls the GPS Co-Ords better, there should be an improvement with outlet GPS’s as it’s the GPS from the Google output that was selected, and not us trying to figure out which GPS to match with which outlet in the system.
5. Outlet View now splits TIA events and JR Portal events and lists them separately, also if there are no events for either event type, the section is hidden away.
6. Outlet Management now by default doesn’t list all outlets when you open the page, if you want to view all, you need to select it from the drop down. I suggest rather using the AJAX search component to find an outlet. Not showing all the outlets (Literally thousands) speeds up the page considerably.
7. User company allocation – Previously you could allocate more than 1 company to a user, now you can only allocate 1, this helps with working things out in the back ground for the system. Companies button on user management updated to ‘Company’, once opened the system has been updated to a single drop down option:
8. System -> Outlets, there is a new button there to Bulk Update Outlets (For those security groups where the button is allocated):

The update process is verbose, so it shows what it’s busy with along with what the outcome was for each outlet, green indicates it was able to find data, the last column indicates what data was updated:
Also, once the process completes, it then shows how many outlets where updated, along with the ability to download an Excel report showing the data that was processed and the outcome:
