Stock & Aesthetic Update 23.1

Hi All, Few minor updates.

1. Users with the right permissions can now close an event while returning stock

(More of a usability thing to help speed up functionality).

2. I’ve been browsing through the system and making some aesthetic changes, basically adding some polish 😉

3.  I added to the stock allocation process a small breakdown of how it is going to work.
